Hypertelorism hypospadias-syndrome

Hypertelorism hypospadias-syndrome is a disease with multiple congenital midline malformations, including hypertelorism, laryngo-tracheo-oesophageal defects, and hypospadias.

There are two clinically distinct genetic subtypes of the syndrome: 

the X-linked syndrome (XLOS) and the autosomal dominant type of the syndrome (ADOS).

Hypertelorism hypospadias-syndrome affects mainly male patients.

Opitz G / BBB syndrome is a disease characterized by multiple congenital midline malformations, including hypertelorism, laryngo-tracheo-oesophageal defects, and hypospadias.
