Dr. Papadopoulou addresses the biopsychosocial model of health provision, interdisciplinary collaboration and the promotion of physical exercise as part of disease prevention and treatment.

Dr. Papadopoulou is the Secretary General of European Federation of Sports Medicine Associations (FSMA) and executive board member of the British Association of Sports and Exercise Medicine. She also provides her expertise as a sports and exercise medicine consultant at the Defence and National Rehabilitation Centre (Stanford Hall), England.
